Бакопа Колората

Outwardly identical to its predecessor, it has an upright single stem and drop-shaped leaves arranged in pairs on each tier. A distinctive feature is the color of young leaves – pink or арғувона равшан. The lower and, accordingly, the old leaves “fade”, acquiring the usual green color. Propagated by means of lateral shoots, or by splitting the stem in two. The separated fragment is planted directly in the ground and soon gives roots.

The content of Bacopa Colorata is similar to Bacopa Caroline. It belongs to unpretentious and hardy plants, able to successfully adapt to various conditions and even grow in open water bodies (ponds) in the warm season. It is worth noting that despite the wide range of possible conditions, the reddish tint of the leaves is achieved only under high light.
